Sarah is a dog trainer wannabe.  Dave is a photographer wannabe/rock drummer wannabe and Sarah's willing dog fostering companion.  Together, they want to save all the doggies.

Sarah is learning to be a concept trainer.  What is a concept trainer you ask?  It means they train FOR the moment, not IN the moment.  They are the game changers.  The solution seekers.  The optimism bringers.  The fun makers.  The joy finders.  When faced with a struggle, they scream "There's a game for that!'

Dave watches The Mandalorian a lot.  And may also be getting concept trained without realizing.

Joan Jett is their lovable yet pessimistic participant.  

The cats, Hobbes and Margaret Thatcher, are not impressed.
